提起“三高”,大家可能都不陌生,“高血壓、高血脂、高血糖” 就像三道堅實的屏障,堵住了現代人通往健康的道路。在忙于和“三高”作鬥争時,第“四高”已經悄然出現,并成爲強大的疾病新因素——高尿酸,高尿酸最嚴重的危害就是導緻痛風。據估計,我國痛風患者約有1200萬,血尿酸值過高的人約有1.2億(約占總人口的10%),數值趕超甚至緊追糖尿病(0.92億)、高血壓(2億)、血脂異常(2億)的發病率。痛風緻病因素非常明确,是由于體内尿酸水平增加,組織中尿酸鹽結晶沉積,誘發急性關節炎。因此,在高尿酸、痛風患者的預防和治療中,其中很重要的一項治療措施就是——喝水!喝水!喝水!衆所周知,人體新陳代謝産生的大量代謝物、有害物質和毒素是通過尿液排出體外的,自然尿酸也不例外,體内80%的尿酸由腎髒排出。倘若排尿少了,人體中的毒素(尿酸)就無法排出,血尿酸在人體的含量就很容易升高,進而誘發痛風。所以“多喝水,多排尿”,這對于高尿酸、痛風都是有積極的好處。痛風的朋友尤其要注意喝充足的水。如果水分攝取不足,尿量就會減少,尿中溶解的尿酸濃度增高,還會容易在尿路中形成尿路結石。隻要腎功能、心功能正常,在喝足夠多的水後,尿量會随之增加,尿酸更容易溶解在尿液中并排出體外,不容易形成晶體,從而預防尿路結石。此外,飲水充足後還能使血液粘稠度下降,對于預防痛風并發症如心腦血管疾病具有一定的好處。正常人每天排尿量約爲 1 000~2 000 毫升,平均約爲 1 500 毫升。對于痛風的朋友,由于體内尿酸的“庫存”豐富,在同樣的腎功能條件下,要想排出比正常人更多的尿酸,就必須排出比正常人更多的尿液。一般建議,痛風患者每日飲水上要積極,保證飲水量約2500至3000毫升,排尿量在2000毫升以上才能稀釋尿液(尿液呈淡黃色或淺黃色),促進尿酸排出,防止結石形成。對于腎功能、心功能不全的患者,最好能在醫生指導下合理飲水。現在能買到的飲品很多,但不是每一款都适合痛風患者。如果痛風患者大口大口地喝啤酒、果汁等飲料,雖然達到了每日飲水量标準,但體内的血尿酸水平反而會更高了。最适合痛風患者飲用的水最好能具有兩個特點:1、熱量低:如果痛風患者飲用的水分中含有大量的糖分等,不知不覺間,一天的健康飲食規劃就要泡湯了。2、偏弱堿性:有研究證實,痛風患者如果持續飲用半個月到一個月弱堿性水,血液中的尿酸濃度就會明顯下降,不但能從疼痛中解脫出來,還能促進痛風石的排出。偏弱堿性水有助于堿化尿液,減少尿酸沉積。當患者尿液的 PH 值增高時,尿酸的溶解度也随之增加,有助于體内尿酸的排出。可選擇有利于保持電解質平衡的礦物質水。藍姑娘推薦:海力海洋礦物質飲液是痛風患者的最佳飲用水。PH值約爲7.4~7.8,屬弱堿性,并且富含數十種純天然礦物質元素,其組合效應可以清除人體内酸性代謝物,改善痛風患者的酸性體質,更好地促進尿酸排出。許多人的飲水習慣是口渴了才喝水,這樣的習慣對痛風患者而乱伦全裸丰满的小妹言,可沒什麽好處。口渴是大腦對體内缺水的信息反饋,如果痛風患者等到口渴明顯時才喝水,體内實際上已經處在缺水狀态,此時體内處于濃縮狀态的尿酸已經開始鬼鬼祟祟,暗中使壞了,這時才飲水主要解決的是補充體内水分的不足,對促進排尿酸效果較差。因此,在飲水方面,痛風的人一定要學會“主動出擊”。特别是在冬季,不要因爲天氣寒冷不願意去喝水從而使尿液濃縮,不妨在身邊帶上一個水壺,閑暇之餘就喝上幾
